Junior High is a unique time where many important life decisions are made. It is a very influential age where these decisions can affect their spiritual lives in significant ways. This ministry is dedicated to help with the transition of childhood to teenager-dom. A transition we hope and pray will lead to a stronger faith and a greater love for God.
About our Jr High directors: Michael & Morgan Williams have a love for Jesus Christ & a passion for Jr High kids. They have a desire to see them come to know Christ, love Him supremely, and serve Him unreservedly. Michael is a graduate of Cedarville University where he initiated many discipleship relationships with underclassmen. Michael is an avid sports fan, playing soccer in College. His wife Morgan is completing her RN Nurses training at Mt. Carmel School of Nursing and shares Michael’s passion for Jr High Kids. She & Michael are a committed team in serving our Jr High students. They are always available to help the teens surmount many of the challenges they face in this often confusing and difficult transitional age. They believe that the Word of God has direction for their lives and solutions for their struggles.
Sunday School - Jr. High
MSM Sunday school allows students to interact and learn the basic truths of Scripture in a relaxed classroom environment.
While it is a Sunday School format of teaching and learning, the student has the opportunity to ask questions and discover how God’s Word is practical for everyday life.
Current Series: Parables
Description: This fall students will cover 11, out of the many, parables Jesus shared throughout His time on earth. Parables are simple stories meant to illustrate to the audience, through analogies and comparisons, a spiritual or moral teaching in terms that are easier to understand. They will read directly from God's Word the parables Jesus told and experience how they might see them play out in today's world. We desire to see the students hearts and minds sparked by Jesus's words that lead to discussing what the Holy Spirit might be teaching them. The great thing about this series is that even if your student is absent a Sunday or it's their first time, each parable shares a different principle that will help point them to Christ!

Current Series: Connect the Dots
Description: When you place your trust in Christ, you are given the Holy Spirit. What a gift! Speaking of gifts, along with the Holy Spirit, you are also given spiritual gifts when you become a believer. So what does that mean? What gifts do you have? How do you use these gifts? These are valuable questions we will answer in this exciting new small group series.
Sunday Night Live - Combined Jr. High & High School
Sunday Night Live is a time where our purpose can be accomplished. Starting a relationship with God can happen when inviting friends to the play, praise, and pray night. This is a night when we have a fun activity, sing and praise God with our praise band, and pray together. Also, strengthening your relationship with God happens in our Bible study time. Lastly, service to God and others happens during our service project nights that include local and international projects.
Sunday Night Live begins at 6pm but teens are encouraged to come early to hang out and play games. Sunday Night Live is located in a separate building behind the church facility. It is the big beige building... you can't miss it.
*Note: During the winter months, the group will meet INSIDE the church building.
